I had an amazing experience! I wish I knew the name of the people who help me they went above and beyond what was expected. I was in the store about 330 on Friday. Since you have my phone number, I’m hoping you can choice back the three girls who helped me. I probably can’t tell you all the ways they went above and beyond first they weighed my package and told me the price because it was over $250 to send a sentimental cake. I need to call my husband and see if the price was OK they waited and helped other customers as I stepped outside and called him when I came back the first lady was helping another customer so a second lady came over and asked if she could take over. She asked for more details about the content, and then explained that she could maybe repack it in a different box. She unwrapped the package, even all the packing supplies I used of course, she asked me first if she could do what she had planned of course, I gave her permission While she was doing that I was able to purchase a card to go along with the gift. She told me it would be a good idea to just put the card inside the package so there wasn’t an extra charge once she got my sentimental cake repackage she told me the price was $177. I was still shocked so I had to go outside and ask call husband. I was absolutely amazed at the patience these girls had. We decided to ship the package. It arrived to my daughter in perfect shape and exactly the timing that had told me thanks again for those two ladies who made my experience amazing
