The Pono MC ukuleles are  made by Hawaiian based Ko�olau Company � one of the oldest and highly regarded ukulele manufacturers in the world. The MC (Mahogany) concert ukulele features a solid Mahogany top with Mahogany back & sides, Ebony face-plate, fingerboard and bridge, rope marquetry rosette, pearl logo and position dots. Bone nut and saddle and comes in a satin stained finish. These instruments are simply finished allowing the selected woods to ring out sonorously.   The solid Mahogany offers a rich and balanced sound that is bright, but retaining a rich top end.
