𝗨𝗣 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗕𝗢𝗥 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🎉 The University of the Philippines has officially approved the creation of the UP Office of the Vice President for Digital Transformation (OVPDx), during the 1396th UP Board of Regents Meeting on 30 January 2025. This significant milestone marks a new era of digital excellence for the University, building upon the efforts and accomplishments of the 2024 Flagship Program on Digital Transformation. Led by the newly appointed Vice President for Digital Transformation, Peter A. Sy, the OVPDx will focus on fostering a people-centric digital culture, unifying digital infrastructure, and ensuring all digital initiatives rightfully address the needs of the whole UP community.
