Community Bank, N.A. is the wholly owned national banking subsidiary of Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI), a diversified financial services company that is focused on four main business lines: banking, employee benefit services, insurance services, and wealth management. In 1983, CFSI was incorporated in Delaware and became a registered bank holding company. CFSI maintains its headquarters in Syracuse, NY.
