Brand new c4 77 inch arrived today. Having this issue.
Hotspot to phone, no change. Wired ethernet, no change. Wifi, no change. Everything else works (iView, 7, 10, sbs, plex, prime, Netflix) but not 9now.
Crappy app.. must be using a dirty URL or 2. My ubiquiti network isn't happy with it. That's the issue. Just changed the DNS manually on the tv to CloudFlare and it works. I'm not happy about it, you shouldn't have to do this. The Android App is fine, the LG webos version needs an enema.
