I’m an international student in Australia on a subclass 500 visa, can I have a letter to show that I can work more than 48 hours a fortnight during semester break?

Some employers will accept a copy of Curtin's 2025 - 2027 Academic Calendar as this shows when the semester break commences as well when the next semester will commence. We are happy to print these out and stamp/sign the calendar for you free of charge at Curtin Connect, Bentley Perth Campus, building 102.
If your employer has requested an official letter specifying your particular holiday dates, you will need to purchase a Letter Confirming Enrolment. Please ensure that you have already enrolled into your next semester so that the letter will show the end date of the current semester and the start date of the following semester. This way your employer can see when you are not enrolled (on holidays/break).
Enquiries related to your student visa conditions and working more hours in scheduled course breaks should be directed to the Department of Home Affairs.
