So, if you’re on the hunt for a cookie that truly tastes homemade, you might want to try a different brand (or just try to recreate the recipe at home!) But if that’s not a dealbreaker, these cookies are popular for a reason—they’ll still give you a tender, chocolatey treat for sure.

Made with plenty of oats and chocolate, these cookies have a slightly nutty flavor and a rich brown butter taste that’ll keep you coming back for more. Each bite is packed with chocolate, with a chewy, soft center and a nice, caramelized crunch around the edges. As a bonus, they only take about nine minutes to bake.

Walmart might not be the first place I’d think to grab cookie dough, but after trying its chocolate chip cookie dough, it’s now at the top of my list.

Each pouch contains 24 pre-sliced pieces of dough, and in under 10 minutes, I had a batch of chocolate chip cookies ready to go. They came out with those dreamy caramelized edges and a soft, gooey center. The real standout though? The generous amount of chocolate chips gave each bite a rich, sweet burst that complemented the buttery cookie nicely.

I’m definitely keeping a packet of these sweet, take-and-bake treats in my fridge from now on. I could even see myself using these cookies as the base for an ice cream sandwich—they have the perfect balance of softness and sturdiness, so they’d hold up really well.
