Offers requiring extended gameplay—like 30- or 40-day tasks—are tracked by third-party partners, and we know how frustrating it is when progress isn’t recognized despite your efforts. We always push for fair tracking and advocate for our users, but we understand how powerless it can feel when claims are denied without sufficient explanation. The same goes for survey completions—screenshot requests can be difficult when you're not given identifying information to begin with, and we're working to improve that process.
VPN use can indeed affect offer tracking and access, as many of our advertisers restrict VPN traffic to prevent fraud. While this helps ensure legitimacy, we understand it may be inconvenient compared to other platforms that don’t have this limitation.
