Hourly supervision fees cover live observation and internal note-taking. These internal notes are not released unless required by the court.
Bridging Families charges $75.00 per visit covered when preparing any written report.
This rate applies to individual session reports as well as progress summaries that consolidate multiple visits. The fee reflects the time required to review observation notes for each session and to prepare an accurate, court-compliant document.
Example:
A progress summary covering four visits would be billed as:
4 × $75.00 = $300.00
Bridging Families is committed to providing accurate, professional, and court-compliant documentation for all supervised visits and custody exchanges. To ensure timely and thorough preparation, we ask that all report requests be submitted at least 7–10 calendar days prior to your court date.
If your report will summarize multiple visits (such as a monthly or progress summary), or requires a formal declaration for court, please allow 10–14 days for completion.
Rush requests may not be accepted, and if accepted, will be subject to an additional fee based on urgency and complexity.
Your report will be prepared based on observation notes recorded during each session, and will reflect neutral, factual documentation in accordance with California Family Code §3200.5 and Judicial Council Standard 5.20.
