“The only part of this experience that I enjoyed was the pre-approval even though that was drug out as well, the customer service in person and the service department team. Chris you are great!!! To the point: Got the car at 61,000 miles. I had my car for one day and the check engine light came on, as well as other dashboard lights. I have had to take my car in a total of three times in less than 2 weeks. I would think I would be okay since I THANKFULLY got the maxcare. I am not happy outside of not having to pay a dime. Each visit was for the same issues after getting it “serviced”. I said screw it. Let me take this to Nissan. I called carmax inglewood business office to get my warranty policy number. I was told by Elizabeth I believe it was that it will take some time( what is that in an increment of time???) to locate my information. I was placed on hold for an hour and when she came back she didn’t even remember why I was put on hold and then put me back on hold to do what we discussed already before the hour wait. All I can say is that I am so glad I got maxcare because if I didn’t I would be in a financial hole already and it’s within 30 days of purchase. I have pictures for proof. I’m definitely disappointed.”
